In celebration of International Podcast Day, we’ve compiled a list of our favorite voice-focused podcasts. Satisfy your voice AI cravings with podcasts rich with information and industry experts, and keep up with the latest voice AI news, best practices, and trends in an easily digestible format. From engineers and linguists to influencers and entrepreneurs, the voice industry is brimming with experts discussing a wide range of voice AI topics—many of them on our favorite podcasts.

Some podcasts have years of voice AI content, while others are just beginning their voice-first journey. As the industry continues to expand, so do the opportunities to listen to engaging, voice-themed content and learn how recent trends are shaping the world around us.

Host: Bret Kinsella

Who they are: Voicebot’s goal is to report on voice AI news, commentary, research, and analysis, with their podcast diving into trends found on Voicebot.ai every week. If you want to keep up to date with the latest in the voice AI era, you’ll want to follow Bret. He interviews some of the top experts in the voice AI field, providing vital information and analysis. 

The podcast covers a wide range of topics, including current voice trends, new voice AI companies and technologies, the people who compose the voice community, and the future of voice AI.

VUX World

Hosts: Kane Simms and Dustin Coats

Who they are: This podcast represents the voices of voice and consistently ranks in top AI podcast lists. Every week, the hosts Kane Simms and Dustin Coats give practical advice to help brands innovate with emerging voice AI technology and provide advice that enterprises can use to solve core business challenges through conversational AI. The podcast spans a wide variety of industries and solutions, including contact centers, websites, apps, and hardware devices.  

Kane and Dustin interview industry leaders and experts around how to best design and develop the latest voice user interface. They talk about strategy, design, and technology and highlight use cases and functionality of voice AI. This hour-long podcast is filled with expert tips and tricks.

Host: Bradley Metrock

Voice in Canada Podcast

Host: Dr. Teri Fisher

Who they are: Host, Dr. Teri Fisher, a self-described technology geek, puts out premium content twice a month about smart speaker actions, capsules, skills, strategies, news, interviews, and tips and tricks. He also hosts the podcast, The Happy Hour of Voice

Teri often interviews industry leaders and experts on recent trends and developments in voice AI. These podcasts are packed full of information and vary from 15 minutes to an hour. With over 175 episodes, there is plenty of content to dive into.

The Speechly Podcast

Host: Speechly

Who they are: This podcast may be new, but it is already making waves with how it discusses voice user interfaces. Hosted by Speechly, the podcast often discusses how voice user interfaces can best be designed and developed to create great user experiences. 

They often delve into various industries, including transportation, travel, and employment. With weekly content, Speechly also interviews industry experts and thought leaders on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.

Sound in Marketing

Host: Jeanna Isham

Who they are: Host Jeanna Isham dives into all things sound in her weekly podcast. Topics include voice gaming, voice mobility, voice design, sonic diversity, and sound in industries, such as automotive and hospitality. 

She also interviews industry leaders and experts for thoughtful and informative content on voice AI news, trends, and best practices. Her goal is to provide listeners with essential knowledge they can take away to better market their brands and products.

Audio Leads

Host: Carl Robinson

Carl interviews brands and experts on best practices, tools, and techniques to use audio to grow your business.

FuturEar Radio

Host: Dave Kemp

With one to two episodes a month, FutureEar covers topics ranging from audio production tools, voice user interfaces, voice apps, contextual voice assistants, and the state of voice technology.
